Antiquated Stargaze - An old core of energy, located in the deeper parts of the universe, slowly expanding to find it's way through time and space. An energy so pure, so strong, that only in our dreams it can exist. New dreams will be created and universe will expand again, over and over. Until there's nothing left except an Old Dream, an Antiquated Stargaze.**

I wanted to create something flowy, hard and surreal.
I've added some corny/grainy parts and strong contrast-rich areas to get the right feeling I was after while creating this. Trying to hold it down to something neat and not just "another sci-fi" piece. I hope you like.

Created in CS3. Wacom, Volito2

Cool, purple is my favourite colour, and It always reminds me of space for some reason, maybe because it's usually a dark and mysterious, uncommon colour, one that always fits when people use it for cool effects, like energy, either from nature as here, or even when some make characters and give them powers :XD: it's often purple :giggle: which is why it is always strange to me why I see so few space scenes with it :O_o:
