************************** Thank you all for the support and feedback on this piece and especially, thank you `Nicasus for the DD feature. Edit - Minor adjustments to the light on the big planet. * * * * * Ethereal Oscillate - Flow of light that wanders in the outer parts of space, as we know it. Light, trapped in particles of dust and molecules since the beginning of time. Mabye to one day be released and spread the shimmer across the universe. Ethereal Oscillate, ambient light, caught in the dream of Gods.** It was time to create some smooth and harmonical piece as a breaker of my previous pieces. Created in CS3. Wacom, Volito2 (the image is in 2 different versions, the 1920x1200 and 1440x900 doesn't have the blurred boarder in the bottom. I also kinda dig the color scheme actually hehe. Chers mate! -- [Homepage] [RedBubble] I most defiantely will. This kinda images is in my back yard, so more to come in the same kinda moody soft, gloomy tender-isch images
Thanks bud -- [Homepage] [RedBubble] My man, Slash, here for my rescue as always hehe.
I think that when you work around strong lights it's often hard to get it "look good" when you have sharp and hard light, this style, to use mellow and soft glow, makes it more belivable, more easy to work with and more pleasent to watch, takes away the actual "edge" of the light still even if you have it very intense. Just something I'v discovered latley hehe, will be implemented in alot of works to come for real. The Northern Light part. I had something in that area for an idea at first but as i went along I wanted a more nebula-isch apperance to make it wee bit more interesting and durable as an image. THis is fuckin head on the nail on what I wanted to hear from someone, so so SO greatful for this comment.Thank you so much my man, don't even stop commenting on my pieces. It's folks like you who makes it ALL worth while! Chers man, /Rob -- [Homepage] [RedBubble] No problem

The lighting effect is neither too simple, nor too complex. The planets are perfectly placed and their size variation is wonderful.
The most brilliant part of this image, however, is neither the planets nor the lighting, rather the starfield in the background. The artist has portrayed the stars perfectly with a very realistic-looking field.
Overall, the image is simply stunning.
An amazingly beautiful piece, the artist has certainly managed to create an artwork that is awe-inspiring and truly deserves a daily deviation.
