Whether we know it or not we all have our places, our piece of calm, our special place.

For me this is hands down through my photography.
It can be when I'm the middle of a thunderstorm or just when sitting in the rays of the morning sun, listening to the song of the birds when the forest waks up.
It can also be standing in a big city, surrounded by thousands of people and motion, as long as you can disconnect and find the calmness You so badly need.

I think it's important we all have a place to be alone, to be in focus and let the body heal for a bit.

We all have the same ammount of time in our lives. Some chooses to "not have time" for the break we need. Some chooses other things instead, when in fact the break needed provides strenght for everything else.

Don't waste your life by running it through, atleast take a breather once in a while and walk, for a bit.
