[Update 2/8/2012 Revised version.]
Ordinary, what's that? Is it yet another shot at a spiral-cased staircase? Is it brushing your teeth in the morning...?
I hate square, square stands for boring and strict, 2 terms that doesn't often bring joy, for me anyways.
Life is suppose to be fun, not square!

CS4 - typo & vignetting

Enjoy!

As always, your staircase photos are intriguing works of art. This one, however, is absolutely amazing!
Vision: When it comes to staircases, you have more foresight in realizing what kind of shot will capture you're viewers fancy than anyone else. This photo is certainly no different. Superb vision.
Originality: I've seen many staircase photos from you before, but never one quite like this. The oval shape, lighting, and the B&W touch are quite unique.
Technique: You're technique is phenomenal. The central shaft of the staircase is perfectly aligned. The lighting is exquisite. The overall tone and range of contrast is wonderfully captured.
Impact: I can't exactly pin down why this piece has such an impact, but I had to write this critique the moment I saw it. Perhaps the combination of angle, lighting, and b&w tone...it immediately grabbed my attention.
Phenomenal piece, perfectly rendered.
